StreetBond® SB150 CL Pavement Coating

Description

StreetBond® SB150 CL is a two part, advanced waterborne epoxy-modified acrylic coating specifically designed for application on non-textured (flat) asphalt pavements to denote designated lanes for bicycles, buses or other priority lanes. One of StreetBond® SB150 CL's most important characteristics is that, unlike normal waterborne coatings, StreetBond® SB150 CL's unique design allows it to maintain durability even when wet. StreetBond® SB150 CL's flexibility, adhesion and elongation allow for the expansion and contraction that is a characteristic of asphalt (flexible) pavements without cracking. StreetBond® SB150 CL extends asphalt life by providing protection from the harmful effects of oxidation due to UV exposure and weathering.

Uses

StreetBond® SB150 CL is combined with StreetBond® Colorants to offer a range of colors. Shamrock Green and Celtic Green are FHWA/MUTCD approve for use on cycle lanes.

StreetBond® SB150 CL meets EPA requirements for Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC) and creates no unpleasant odors during or after installation. StreetBond® SB150 CL is fully recyclable with the asphalt. StreetBond® SB150 CL's friction properties are suitable for both pedestrian and vehicular applications.
